What we have measured, and how

Readings by our team with handheld analysers, each with its date, site and photo. Independent monitoring under a written protocol is part of every pilot proposal; new results are added here.

Pureva

Romit Resins Pvt Ltd, July 2024

First Pureva adsorber, on the flue of a resin plant in Pali, Maharashtra. Handheld flue-gas analyser at inlet and outlet on three days, same charge of adsorbent.

Timeline

  1. Pureva installed at Romit Resins, Pali

First industrial adsorber on a live flue. Before/after readings on 3, 4 and 15 July.

  2. Two-month saturation series

One charge of adsorbent monitored until removal fell from 100 % to 79–99 %, setting the service interval.

  3. Top 100 Startups, Maharashtra Startup Week 2025

Recognised by the Maharashtra State Innovation Society, Government of Maharashtra.

  4. Startup Mahakumbh, New Delhi

Presented the adsorbent and SuVayu concept at Bharat Mandapam.

  5. SuVayu-Bake pilot in a pizzeria

PM2.5 at the exhaust from above the meter limit to 559 µg/m³ with the unit in line.

  6. Airova home pilots and SuVayu 10K fabrication

AC add-on prototypes in homes; the 10,000 CFM pilot tower in fabrication; 90-day Delhi validation pilot proposed.

Protocol

How we run a pilot

The protocol written into every pilot proposal. One report for the host, the regulator and the sponsor.

  1. Baseline

Unit off for the first days. Record normal pollution and peak periods at all measurement points.

  2. Controlled on/off

Alternate operation under matched wind and traffic conditions. Measure at the intake, the discharge and at 1.5 m breathing height.

  3. Continuous run

Assess stability, energy, noise and maintenance over the full period, typically 30 to 90 days.

  4. Independent review

Third-party analysis of the dataset and a written scale-up recommendation against pre-agreed pass criteria.

Host or sponsor a pilot

Sites are being selected for SuVayu 10K, SuVayu 2K and the next Pureva installations. Hosts and sponsors get the full dataset and the independent report.
